The terms and conditions below and the agreement between "Urban Elite Transport" and the "Customer" are governed by The English Law.
1. Definitions
These terms and conditions, phone call bookings and the web-based bookings form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of an airport transfer and minicab service ('Service') between 'YOU' and the 'Company'. Completion of the booking and use of the service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
"Company" means Urban Elite Transport Ltd. or any subsidiary or associated company "Conditions" means to the undertakings, terms, conditions and clauses embodied herein "Customer" means any person or corporate or other body at whose request or on whose behalf the Company undertakes any business or services
2. Conditions Applicable
2.1 The Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the provision of Services by the Company to the Customer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms and conditions the Customer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document
2.2 All orders for services shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase services pursuant to the Conditions
2.3 Acceptance of the services shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Customers' acceptance of the Conditions
2.4 Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Company
2.5 Where a Customer holds a separate contract with Airport And City Chauffeurs Ltd, the terms of that contract shall take precedence over our standard terms, which are displayed on our web site.
3. Rate Calculation
3.1 Our rates included from pick up point to destination. Anything additional should be paid directly to the driver. Quotes from "Urban Elite Transport Ltd" will be fully inclusive, less any incidental charges not applied at the time; however your invoice will break down all charges in detail.
3.2 All charges start and finish at the originating location.
3.3 £5 parking fee (1/2 hour) applies from all UK Airports with the exception of London Luton and London City airport, which will be charged at £8.00, this will not be included in your quote.
3.4 'Transfer rates' and 'Postcode to Postcode Rates' are for direct journeys, waiting time not included.
3.5 Onsite coordinators/Tour guides are available upon request, and are charged at £20.00 per hour.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 All prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) at the current rate with the exception of coach and minivan services that are VAT exempt.
4.2 Any waiting time will be charged at the standard hourly rate. The Company allows 30 minutes waiting time without charge at airports, and 15 minutes waiting time without charge at all other pick up locations.
4.3 A service charge of 6% is applicable on all major card payments and will be added to the base charge.
4.4 A surcharge will be applied for services provided on Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve after 18:00, and New Year's Day.
4.5 Payment for account services is due within 15 days of the date on the invoice. All non-account payments are due upon receipt of the service.
4.6 The Company reserves the right to charge 10% interest on invoices overdue for payment at the annual percentage charged by Bank. Such interest to be charged monthly and compounded and shall accrue at such rate after as well as before judgment.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Cancellations for cars and MPV's required 4 hours in advance of the pickup time.
5.2 Cancellations for Executive and VIPs Chauffeurs booking is required 24 hours in advance of the pickup time.
5.3 Cancellation for specialty vehicles outside of the UK is required 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Services not cancelled in accordance with this contract will be charged at 50% of the journey price based on the service request. For services booked 'As Directed' the minimum hourly rate of 4 hours will be charged which can vary upon destination.
5.5 Customer no shows will be charged as full cost of the journey based on the service request.
5.6 Wedding cancellations notice period is 72hrs
5.7 We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £7 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge per journey. All cancellations must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
6. The Service
6.1 The person making the booking or the named passenger shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.
6.2 Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the cars are not permitted. Consuming Alcohol in the cars is not permitted. Drivers have the right to refuse passengers who are drunk due to safety and to avoid conflict. In this case no refund will be issued.
6.3 All children travelling during the journey should be appropriately seated. Car seats when available will be provided if requested at least 24 hours in advance, please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you. UK law states that taxis are exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child car seat or booster, more details of the legislation can be found on TFL website.
6.4 "Urban Elite Transport Ltd" will not and cannot carry more than the allowed passengers in the car.
7 Disorderly Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or a danger to our Passengers or Drivers. We may seek the help of the police to remove any offenders from our vehicles.
Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles they use, including fittings, or equipment, through negligence or misconduct.
8 Illegal Materials
The carrying or use of weapons or any illegal drugs in our cars is totally forbidden. Details of these sorts of persons will be handed over to the police.
9. Smoking
Smoking is "Prohibited" in ALL private hire vehicles.
10. Exclusions
10.1 The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by the Company of this contract. This includes customers using our Airport Transfer Service who are obliged to arrive at the airport according to the airline requirements (2-3 hours before flight).
10.2 In the event of any breach of this contract by the Company the remedies of the Customer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Company exceed the Price of the Services.
10.3 In a scenario of lost and found, the customer will need to inform the company within 1 hour after finishing the journey.
11. Disputes
11.1 This contract is governed by and is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the Company and the Customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.2 The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other items; howsoever such loss or damage may be caused. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this document is correct at the time of going to print, Urban Elite Transport Ltd regret they cannot accept liability for any errors or changes that may occur after publication.

Wording
The passenger(s) refers to the individual, group or representative party of the passenger(s) for whom the Private Hire Vehicle has been provided for by Urban Elite Transport. The chauffeur refers to the Private Hire Driver provided by Urban Elite Transport for the purpose of transportation for hire or reward.
Covid Policy
The safety procedures we have introduced follows the current Government and Transport for London safer travel guidelines, including:
All frequently touched passenger areas cleaned with disinfectant prior to each passenger journey. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol readily available and within reach for passengers to use at their discretion. Driver will wear gloves or sanitise hands prior to and after handling your luggage. (Please inform at time of booking if you require help with your luggage). We respectfully ask that passengers sit behind the driver and not in the passenger seat if possible.
Bookings
Can be made only in advance via email support@urbanelitetransport.com or phone. Bookings will be confirmed back to client via email or text. The chauffeur and vehicle details will be given to the booker via confirmation email and or by text. Confirmation of booking means an acceptance and agreement by the passenger to Urban Elite Transport stated terms and conditions.
Insurance
Urban Elite Transport and the chauffeurs provided by Urban Elite Transport are fully insured and licenced to carry out private hire bookings, all vehicles and chauffeurs provided for are insured with public liability. The insurance held will not cover uninsured losses which are covered by travel insurance, nor will it cover the passenger’s personal property or possessions. Urban Elite Transport will not accept any liability to the passenger for damage or loss to property caused by theft.
Liability
Urban Elite Transport does not accept liability for any delays caused, by weather, road works, traffic accidents, strike action or to comply with the instructions of a police officer or delays caused by any instructions given by the passenger.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the Private Hire Vehicle supplied by Urban Elite Transport.
Children
The passenger will be responsible for the child at all times. Only children 14 and over are allowed to travel unaccompanied. Children must use a child booster/seat until they are either 135cm in height or have reached the age of 12 years. If a child booster/seat is required you must request this at the time of booking. The chauffeur has the right to refuse to carry a child who is not seated according to UK law.
Carriage of Firearms/Flammable Items
Firearms can only be carried when accompanied by the registered holder of the firearm certificate. You must make us aware if firearms will be carried and provide a valid firearm certificate at the time of booking. The passenger carrying the firearm must have a valid firearm certificate available for inspection by the chauffeur at commence of journey and it is to be carried with the passenger at all times during the journey. Flammable items of any kind are not permitted for travel within our vehicles.
Luggage
The Chauffeur can refuse to carry any excess luggage which does not in the opinion of the chauffeur fit safely and securely in the boot of the Private Hire Vehicle. Please advise at the time of booking the amount of luggage you are travelling with. Small cases are permitted with the passenger inside the Private Hire Vehicle as long as they pose no safety concerns in the drivers opinion.
Damage
Passengers will be liable for any damaged caused to the Private Hire Vehicle such as spillage, sickness or scratches. Passengers must be mindful with regard the interior fittings, seats and surfaces so no damage is caused. Any damaged caused will be charged to the passenger.
Number of passengers
The number of passengers must be advised at the time of booking. The chauffeur can refuse the right to travel to the passengers who exceed the Private Hire Vehicles legal requirement. For the Mercedes saloon, Range Rover, Bentley and Roll Royce this is a maximum of 3 passengers. For the people carrier MPV vehicles this up to 7 passengers.

Can be made via email or by phone. We welcome any feedback and will do all that we can to resolve any issues.
Lost property
All our vehicles are checked prior and after each journey. Any items found are recorded and held until we are able to contact the owner. If you have lost any items whilst using our services please contact us.
